Hello All,
I do not know how many still read my blog, but to whomever....it is a surreal time in our lives. As a mother, I cannot fix this, I cannot kiss this and make it better. As a mother in law, I have never been more proud, my son in law, in my eyes was perfect...as a tribute to his character and his love of his Lord. He would call me and visit, he would tell me about his work, his side jobs, the daily things going on with him. I have such treasured memories of him. His love for our daughter was like none other I have ever witnessed. His love for his family, was phenomenal. He never let anything stop him. He fought the good fight of faith until the very end. His legacy of love and determination, will live on in the lives of those he has touched forever. Words cannot express how I feel about this remarkable young man. I will surely miss him. I know he has gone ahead of us to make sure that all of our mansions are painted just right.
I wish to express my heart felt thanks to all of you who are praying for Kasey, Yvonne and Andy, Judy and the boys and Fancy. I want to thank you for all of your out pouring of love, in your thoughts and prayers, in your time spent and the food prepared and the monetary gifts as well. Your love and your time are very much appreciated. THANK YOU, THANKYOU, THANKYOU. May God richly bless you for your giving....your sister in Christ.

I love you Sis. Katie and though under terrible circumstances it has been a blessing to be in your presence here lately. I'm praying for you too!
Thank you Sis, I appreciate you, and I love little SaraBeth, wave to her for me. Thank you for everything...you are in my heart and prayers...Sis Katie.
love you momma
Sister Katie, you are such a blessing to all who know you. I am heartbroken for this loss to Kasey and the family. I am so glad that you were there for her when it happened. I thought about the asthma attack that almost took me in Feb. and how my husband would have been all alone. God knows what He is doing and one day we will understand it all. I am proud of Kasey and how she is looking to the Lord for her strength. I think that is so cute...Damon is getting our mansions painted...I can just picture it! I know he is saying, if you'll all just hang on a bit, you're not going to believe this! The prayers are still forthcoming and we won't forget. I am carrying a pic of Damon around an showing it to everyone. Lots of love and hugs. Sis Julie
Sister Katie, I just want you to know that we love you and are praying for you and the rest of the family. Our hearts break for you, yet rejoice in Damon's victory. God's grace will sustain you through this very difficult time--His grace is sufficient.
Damon took every oppurtunity, to let people know that they are special. Though I miss him more than words can express, I know he would want me to use this time to witness about our Christ. Damon is in GLORY. I more than ever look forward to seeing him again.
Thank you for all of your prayers and your demonstration of love. Damon truly did tie a yellow ribbon around everyones heart. He was a true saint and his heart was pure...his legacy will live in all of our hearts and minds until we meet again......God Bless each of you.
